At Yogitown, we believe in the life-changing power of yoga and mindfulness. If you can breathe, you can access these transformative tools. Founded by Stacy Kane and Nicole Klues, Yogitown was born from their personal journeys. Both found yoga and mindfulness to be a lifeline during challenging moments in life. These practices opened a portal for transformation, calling them to share these powerful tools with others. If two Type A professionals from Washington, D.C. can embrace these practices and cultivate self-love, compassion, peace, and ease in life, EVERYONE can!

Yogitown’s mission is to foster mindfulness, wellness, and peace. We encourage others to reconnect with themselves and the present moment through the practice of yoga and mindful living. Our mission has two key goals:

  1. Expand access to yoga and mindfulness, ensuring these powerful tools are available to EveryBody, EveryWhere—regardless of background, ability, or experience. We believe that the more people who have access to these practices, the more we can cultivate a healthier, more connected society.
  2. Empower teachers to share these life-changing tools, offering flexible teaching opportunities that honor their invaluable contributions.
